HOW TO REGISTER

To register a service member for adoption, download a registration form or pick up a printed form at the church office, church bookstore, or back table in the foyer. Service members who qualify for this ministry must be currently (or soon to be) deployed, and their names must be submitted by a family member or friend who is part of our fellowship. Completed registration forms can be turned in to the church office or church bookstore.
